RS PRO Extraction Tool

The RS PRO extraction tool removes chip carriers easily and reduces the chance of damaging surrounding components. This tool is comfortable to handle and straightforward to use.

It's designed to work with PLCCs (plastic leaded chip carriers) and features steel tongs that fit into socket corners, allowing you to lift carriers with ease. There's no need to pull or put pressure on the extractor, as it will do all the work with a simple squeeze. If used properly, this spring assisted tool will cause no harm to PLCCs or other components on the motherboard.
