Yes, this actuator cable is waterproof thanks to its durable PUR outer sheath, which also insulates against electric shocks. It has an IP67 (ingress protection) rating, which means it's protected from water and dust particles.

These 2m leads are available in 3, 4 or 8 way versions with a straight or right angle head incorporating an M8 anti-vibration coupling nut. There is a choice of PVC cable, for general purpose applications, or high-flex PUR cable, for extra chemical resistance (typically to oil based products) or continuous flexing applications where cable durability is required.
