The full grain cow leather upper is hydrophobic, waterproof, flame retardant, and still breathable to provide the utmost protection and comfort for the wearer, and with a moisture wicking inner lining and a removable, washable insole, hygiene is also taken into consideration. The quick release Velcro fastening ensures boots can be removed quickly in cases of accident or emergency, reducing the risk of further injuries or accidents. The steel toe cap and steel midsole prevent piercing and drop fall damage, and the high sides of the boots cover the foot all the way up to the ankle, ensuring there is no access for hot, hazardous materials to directly impact the skin.

To fully round out the high protection provided by the HMW2006WSI series, the dual density rubber soling is flame retardant with antistatic properties and excellent shock absorption and cushioning to protect the feet from external factors. The sole pattern is designed to prevent the clogging of materials in the sole of the shoe, preventing materials from cross-contaminating across foundry areas and introducing potentially dangerous material combinations.
