The RS Pro RS-HF 612 passive oscilloscope probe belongs to a new series of high performance 2.5mm diameter probes. This probe offer 500 MHz bandwidth and has a fixed attenuation of 10:1. The compact design is ideal for measurement of SMT components. This probe comes with a complete accessory kit including spring loaded probe tips and fixed probe tips.
