Zelio Logic Smart Relay- Modular
Zelio logic smart relays are designed for use in small automated systems and are used in both industrial and commercial applications. The relays are supplied with 10 or 26 I/O depending on the model and can have up to 40 extended I/O.
Features and benefits:
Easily programmable interface, using simple buttons situated on the front of the relay. Program via Windows PC, using the LADDER language or Function Block diagram language (FBD).
6 to 10 outputs & 4 to 10 inputs (depending on model) allowing you versatility in the number of stand-alone devices you need to input/output to.
LCD backlight display for easier accessibility.
Low power consumption with a generous supply voltage ranging from 12 V dc up to 24 V dc (see specifications for model specific voltage).
Real-time clock incorporated into the device, perfect for monitoring functions on the module more effectively.
DIN Rail or panel mounting with screw terminals depending on your need.
10 year back-up with the use of EEPROM memory.
Cost-effective in reducing space needed with the compact models vs. other basic modules.

Programming and Software
Logic modules are useful for when you need to perform a process without human intervention, therefore the list is not limited. Logic Modules may even be connected to other Logic Modules for example. Below you'll find some typical applications:

Easy programming is done independently by using the buttons situated on the front of the relay or on a PC by using Zelio Soft software. When programming using a PC, this can be done by either LADDER language or in function block diagram language (FBD).
Memory
The Zelio logic smart relays have a backup memory that allows programs to be copied into other smart relays. The memory allows a backup copy of the program to be saved prior to exchanging the product and for relays without display or buttons, the copy program is automatically transferred at power-up.
