Toshiba TC78B027FTG(Z,EL), DC Motor Driver IC 24-Pin, VQFN

The Toshiba 1-Hall sine-wave PWM controller is for 3-phase brushless DC motors. N-ch MOSFET can be used as external FET’s. A non-volatile memory (NVM) and a closed loop speed control function are incorporated.
