The Copal Electronics REC series is a contactless, manual adjustment optical rotary encoder without click. Principle structure is composed of magnetic sensor and magnetic drum. It converts a magnetic effect directly into a output digital square form and fed into a logic circuit. It has a 100 pulses per revolution with cable wire output interface.
