This Honeywell microswitch is used for basic on/off applications in mechatronic devices. It activates when a load is placed on the overtravel (OT) plunger actuator for ease of use. This device's housing is made from burn-resistant, weatherproof phenolic material that's lightweight yet durable and long-lasting. Thanks to its low contact current rating of 1A, this component is suitable for low-power applications. It operates reliably within a wide temperature range of -55°C to +85°C, so you can use it in a variety of demanding environments.

This microswitch has an IP67 (ingress protection) rating, which means that it's fully dustproof and can withstand submersion in 1m of water for up to 30 minutes. This means it's essentially waterproof.
