RS PRO PVC Flexible Tubing, Blue, 55.3 mm External Diameter, 20 m Long, Reinforced, Chemical, Water Applications
This general-purpose, flexible tubing from the RS PRO range is made from a mix of durable PVC and synthetic fibres. PVC hoses like this one are commonly found in agricultural applications and on construction or roadwork sites.
More robust and reliable than other types of tubing, this lay-flat hose is much less likely to burst or break during use. The mix of PVC and synthetic fibres means it withstands most oxidising or reducing agents, as well as diluted acids and alkalis. The way it's been manufactured makes it lightweight, simple to use and easy to transport. Sturdy reinforcement protects it against rotting and abrasion.
This hose is ideal for use on the discharge side of a water pump for draining or irrigation. It's also suitable for sprinkler systems and for spreading liquid fertilisers and mild abrasive powders. As part of the RS PRO range, this product has been professionally tested by engineers to ensure reliable quality.
