The Infineon TLE9241QU is an integrated circuit (IC) for use in automatic transmission control module. It have two gate drive outputs are included for controlling a reverse polarity protected high-side switch typically used to switch off power to the control module while the module is in a sleep state and two high-side gate drive channels are also included for controlling two safety switches.
