Insulated Surface Mount Enclosures
Insulated mounting enclosures from Eaton in a two-part modular system design for use with DIL*M contactors, auxiliary contacts and overload relays. The basic enclosure is made from high impact resistant polycarbonate with an IP65 degree of protection and uses patented sealable cover fasteners with integrated overpressure compensation to prevent short circuits. With metric cable entry knockouts in all side walls and cable entries in the top and bottom. Full area knockouts in the sides can be converted to a distribution board enclosure by knocking out the side walls. A knockout cover can be optionally fitted using a cylinder lock. This unit includes fixing strap for easy wall mounting. The base is RAL 7035 grey and the removable cover is a smoky transparent to give god visibility to any components mounted inside.
The second part of this design is a pre-drilled mounting plate made from strong 3 mm thick galvanised steel. The holes are drilled to suit metric threads and fixing screws are included.
Both parts are supplied together to complete this modular mounting system.
