Each PerfTrak solution consists of an electronic module that retrieves machine operation and performance information from sensors or PLC outputs.
This module then transmits the production information in real time by Bluetooth to a tablet, on which operators indicate the origin of each stop or drop of a machine.
Finally, this information is returned via the Internet (WiFi, 3G / 4G) on a supervision site. Your data is secure and encrypted (SSL).
The interface of the site is intuitive and easy to use. All information collected is visually restored and provides managers and field teams with simple tools to visualize and consolidate machine performance information.
