White Single-Chip LEDs, Ultra Bright
Ultra-bright single chip white LEDs with midget flange, midget groove, MES E10, MBC Ba9s, T5.5 and T6.8 telephone slide bases. An integral resistor allows direct connection to 12, 24 or 28 Vac/dc supplies except the midget flange range which is dc only.,These LEDs with bases can be used as an alternative to incandescent lamps offering the following advantages:

Low heat generation
Shock and vibration proof
Low current consumption

Centre base contact is the anode for midget flange, midget groove, MES E10 and MBC Ba9s types
Anode identified by + sign on side clip for telephone slide base types
Midget Groove, MES E10, MBC Ba9s, T5.5 and T6.8 telephone slide base types incorporate a reverse polarity protection diode
The midget flange type has no protection diode and therefore it is important that the polarity is correct
